Apto Initiatives is thrilled to announce the commencement of our leadership training program for young people! The first session was a resounding success, with our young participants gaining valuable insights into the different levels of leadership. Our esteemed community leader shared expertise on self-leadership, one-to-one leadership, team leadership, organizational leadership, regional leadership, national leadership, and international leadership. The young people were engaged and enthusiastic throughout the session, demonstrating a keen interest in developing their leadership skills. We believe that investing in the next generation of leaders is crucial for building a stronger community. Our aim is to equip young people with the knowledge and tools they need to make a positive impact.
